Lyndall is an internationally published author and passionate cheesemaker with over 16 years of teaching home cheesemaking. Her hands-on classes have inspired hundreds to learn new skills, shaped by her travels to France and Italy and collaborations with leading institutions. Lyndall’s expertise has been featured on Taste Australia, Sydney Weekender, The Today Show, Studio 10, as well as in print and radio.

A Journey that Started Decades Ago
Lyndall’s passion for creating food from scratch began over 45 years ago, eventually leading her to the art of cheesemaking. After years successful running The Cheesemaking Workshop & Deli, at the iconic Big Banana she has returned to where it all began — sharing her skills from her beautiful property at Emerald Beach.

What a fabulous experience for myself and 12 year old grandson!! We were immersed in the joys of creating cheeses in a beautifully set up kitchen area, interspersed with a feast of homemade lunch dishes incorporating the cheeses we were learning about.
