In this 2.5 hour class, make authentic Italian-style pizza topped with your own hand-stretched mozzarella – then cook it in a crackling wood-fired oven and enjoy it with a view.
Get ready for a deliciously fun and hands-on experience! In this intimate class, you'll master the art of authentic wood-fired pizza from scratch – starting with the dough and finishing with fresh, silky mozzarella made by hand.
Led by Lyndall in her laughter-filled kitchen, you'll knead, prove, roll and your dough before learning how to create fresh mozzarella from warm milk to curd. You’ll stretch and fold until it’s shiny and smooth – perfect for topping your pizza.
Then it’s out to the wood-fired oven, where your creations will crisp to perfection. Once cooked, relax on the deck and enjoy your pizza with stunning views.
