Warm Marinated Olives


Warm Marinated Olives are perfect for cooler winter nights, serve with your favourite cheeses on an antipasti or mezze-style platters. Use any of your favourite Australia olives!


  • 250g olives
  • 100ml Olive Oil
  • 3 small bell chillies
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 clove of garlic sliced in large chunks
  • lime or lemon zest


Place all ingredients into an oven proof dish, warm through on a low-moderate oven for 15 minutes.

Serve warm along side your favourite cheese platter
