Ingredients
- 250g olives
- 100ml Olive Oil
- 3 small bell chillies
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic sliced in large chunks
- lime or lemon zest
Method
Place all ingredients into an oven proof dish, warm through on a low-moderate oven for 15 minutes.
Serve warm along side your favourite cheese platter
