· 1 x Camembert
· 50g Mascarpone
· 25g Pistachio nuts
· 25g Dried cranberries
· A sprinkle of edible flowers

Method
Remove the Camembert from the fridge and, while still cold and firm, slice itin half horizontally. Spread three-quarters of the mascarpone over the bottomhalf and top with three-quarters of the pistachios and cranberries. Replace thetop half of the cheese, spread with the remaining mascarpone, and sprinkle overthe rest of the pistachios, cranberries then add a sprinkle of edible flowers.Serve at room temperature with crackers or fresh bread.
