Ingredients

  • 200 g fetta
  • 2 slices pickled jalapeño finely chopped
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 50 g pistachio nuts, roughly chopped

Method

Method
Place the fetta, jalapeño and ime zest into a small food processor and blitz just to bring it together, if you blitz it for to long it will become runny. Spoon into a serving bowl and scatter over the chopped pistachios. Serve with crusty bread, crackers, or alongside grilled vegetables.
